tea time

the bakeries on rue des rosiers 

are too tempting.

favorites include:

mini chocolate croissants

almond strudel

and, new-to-me, the onion pletzel.

my friend surprised me with a bag of
pleine lune tea

from mariage frères.

all almond, all the time.

rue des rosiers (almost) empty.

 usually you have to fight your way through the 

falafel-munching droves.
