Monday


sometimes i listen to myself speaking, 
and i realize how negative i can be.
like, i hate this,
or
all french people are so fill-in-the-blank
(the latter occurs most frequently at the grocery store).

and so i made this little book to remind myself of all the good things.
to have a place to write about things i love.
one good thing each day.

i think it will make me smile more often.

That's a great idea! Writing it down does help in banishing negative thoughts!
